How do I obtain my login details?
Your login details will be sent to you by email when your file is opened. If you have not received them or if you have lost them, please contact our office by phone at +33 1 48 05 15 66 or by email at contact@bertrand-sport-avocat.com. We will send them to you again after verifying your identity.
Is the Xtranet Portal included in the fees?
Access to the Billing Portal is included for our clients who choose it. The Xtranet Portal (file tracking and exchanges) is offered as an option. The terms and conditions are specified in the fee agreement.
Can I share my access with my agent or my family and friends?
For reasons of confidentiality and traceability, each access is strictly personal. If you wish a third party (agent, family member, partner lawyer) to access certain information in your file, we can create specific access upon request and with your written authorization.
Are the portals accessible on mobile devices?
The Billing Portal and the Xtranet Portal are accessible from any web browser on mobile phones and tablets. The interface is optimized for comfortable viewing on all screens.
How do I change my billing information?
Log in to the Billing Portal with your login details. You can change your contact and billing details directly from your personal space. The changes will be applied immediately to future invoices.
Are documents shared on Xtranet stored?
Documents that you share via the Xtranet Portal are stored securely for the duration of your case and in accordance with the legal retention requirements applicable to law firms. You can view and download them at any time.
